Refund Policies

The "Refund Policies" section within Important Information will provide you with the information you need to know about obtaining a refund for a participant initiated cancellation. Any participant initiated cancellation must be submitted in writing ten (10) business days prior to the event.

Please note, a 10% processing fee per class will be charged on all customer initiated cancellations for those registrations that were processed online.

For day trips cancellations, if we do not receive a cancellation notice from participant ten (10) business days prior to the day of the trip you will be charged the full ticket of admission price associated with the trip's point of destination.
