Joe Trompczynski

With over a decade of experience in safety and community protection, Captain Joseph Trompczynski leads Shasta College’s Campus Safety team with dedication and integrity. He’s known for enhancing safety protocols, managing emergency responses, and fostering strong campus-community relationships. Joseph also oversees crime prevention efforts and delivers trainings like ALICE to empower students and staff.

When he's not on duty, Joseph enjoys fishing and playing softball to relax and stay connected to the outdoors.
