Jun Ma

Jun Ma has worked at Shasta College since Fall 2018, first part-time, and then as a full-time faculty member since Fall 2019. He received an MS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Houston, TX, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin-Cities. He then worked in industry and academia in the field of semiconductor design for telecommunication applications for about 15 years, during which he co-authored 30+ IEEE journal and conference publications and 20 issued US patents. Jun and his wife love the beautiful nature and people of Shasta County.
