Job Position/Title Billing On Hold Specialist
Rate of Pay D.O.E.
Days / Hours M-F/8-5
Job Description
*Ensure reimbursment documentation is thorough and accurate, including services performed, patient demographics, insurance details and supporting documentation.
*Perform all the requirements for continued billing of all DME orders such as Oxygen, CPAPS, and Trilogies ect.
*Work with insurance companies to relsove issues such as billing denials and authorizations.
*Work with Providers and Patients, to get all billable documentation that is needed to continue billing.
Requirements
*Working knowledge of Medicare, private insurance, third party billing and patient billing preferred.
*Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing experience preferred.
*Strong computer skills.
*Superior organizational skills.
*Ability to think and act independently in order to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
*Enthusiastic about learning.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to deal pleasantly, patiently and effectively with others.
*Detail oriented.
*High School Graduate or G.E.D.
